Serving Community Labour Market Needs

PCPI has deep roots in the Toronto East corridor, having focused its programming and resources over the past fourteen years in improving the employability skills of its residents. Especially in light of the findings of the Markham Ellesmere Report, the organization remains ever-dedicated to the economic imperative of helping Canadians, especially those new to the country, find meaningful and professionally relevant employment. Today, PCPI acts as a hub between education, business, government and community.
