Name of Position:  Dental Receptionist and Administration

Location of work:   A multi-location practice with offices in Stouffville, Markham and Richmond Hill and the candidate must be able to travel to each location

Job Description:   Looking for a ROCKSTAR! Someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral minded articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics, who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment. This position offers an opportunity for growth.


Compensation:      $30,000-$56,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Benefits:                Uniforms, Paid Holidays, Opportunity to attend CE courses

Anticipated Start Date: TBD

Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position

Number of positions: 1

Employment Conditions: 8 – 5 Monday to Thursday, and  8 – 2pm

Friday & 2 Saturdays per month 8 – 2pm


Description of employer:  A leading Kids Dental centre that specializes in duo-speciality Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental practice.

Responsibilities: This includes the following but not limited to:

•  Speaking with patients and parents about Pediatric Dentistry treatment
•  Checking patients in and out
•  Calling patients
•  Booking appointments
•  Administration duties
•  Tracker Software
•  Processing payments
•  Corresponding with dental insurance


JOB REQUIREMENTS – All applicants must meet the following without exception:

•  Dental Reception background with a great attitude. Pediatric and Orthodontic experience a bonus! But no dental experience is required.
•  A consummate professional with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs. Here is a quick list: intelligent, humorous, detail oriented, confident, calm, accurate, fast, receives and uses constructive criticism to their advantage, remains focused under pressure, loves life, loves to laugh, eager to learn, and learns quickly.
