Name of Position:  Dental Treatment Coordinator

Location of work:   A multi-location practice with offices in Stouffville, Markham and Richmond Hill and the candidate must be able to travel to each location

Job Description:   Looking for a ROCKSTAR! Someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral minded articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics, who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment. This position offers an opportunity for growth.

 

Compensation:      $45,000 – $60,000 (Based on experience)

Benefits:                Uniforms, Paid Holidays, Opportunity to attend CE courses

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent position

Number of positions: 1

Employment Conditions: (8-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8-2pm Friday)

 

Description of employer:  A leading Kids Dental centre that specializes in duo-speciality Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental practice.

Responsibilities: This includes the following but not limited to:

•  Speaking with patients and parents about Pediatric Dentistry treatment
•  Discussing General Anesthesia or sedation options
•  Making financial arrangements to make treatment affordable to hardworking families in our area
•  Potential administrative duties include the following: Tracking statistics in Excel
•  Managing a fast-paced patient schedule/column
•  Patient care phone calls
•  Patient mail outs
•  Securing appointments and insurance verification

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS – All applicants must meet the following without exception:

•  Sales background with a great attitude
•  Dental or orthodontic experience a plus but not required; the candidate will be trained
•  A consummate professional with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs. Here is a quick list: intelligent, humorous, detail oriented, confident, calm, accurate, fast, receives and uses constructive criticism to their advantage, remains focused under pressure, loves life, loves to laugh, eager to learn, and learns quickly.
