Name of Position:  Digital Project Coordinator

 Location of work:  Markham, ON

Job Description: The candidate will have excellent communication skills and understand the value of an excellent team player while noting the importance of independent work and the deliverables to be managed. The candidate will maintain dedication toward achieving excellence towards organisation’s goals and the overall success of the organization to be an amazing team player and mentor.

Compensation: $45 – 50 K per year plus benefits

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Terms of Employment: Full Time/ 8 hrs a day. Work remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19

Description of employer: One of the leading digital media companies offering services in email marketing, video marketing, content design and SEO.

Responsibilities: This includes the followings but not limited to:

•  Report to the Head of Operations, and be responsible for maintaining strong team member relationships
•  Create and update project documents. schedule meetings create agendas, develop project plans, schedules, budgets and tracking spreadsheets
•  Maintain and update any project management systems used to collaborate and coordinate internally with stakeholders and team members daily
•  Ability to manage internal workflow, time tracking and delivery of projects, reports, tasks and provide daily updates to Head of Operations
•  Assist in tracking risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and open questions and follows up as needed or as directed by Head of Operations to team members, clients or other applicable members of the organization
•  Working closely with all applicable team members to ensure understanding of and adherence to our Project Management processes
•  Collaborate with team members on initiatives/deliverables as they arise
•  Maintain team satisfaction with organisation deliverables and day-to-day work tasks
•  Development and oversight of all Project Management-related systems and processes

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS – All applicants must meet the following:

•  1-2 years of work experience
•  Post-Secondary education – degree in marketing or project management
•  Some experience and/or knowledge of enterprise marketing, analytics and data platforms
•  Experience in project workflow, status and tracking
•  Ability to balance a high volume of initiatives in varying stages of completion
•  Ability to deal with 20+ clients and team members
•  Highly developed organizational skills and multitasking ability
•  Strong working ability within PM systems office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
•  Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Self-motivation and dedication to excellence
•  Ability to take ownership of work
