Name of Position: Logistics and Partnership Coordinator
Location of work: Markham, ON
This role is open to those who is passionate about his work & have excellent people management skills. You will be responsible for building and developing a world class supply management team that can accelerate footprint.
Compensation: $45K- $60K per year plus benefits
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent, Work remotely.

Description of employer: One of the leading digital media companies offering services in email marketing, video marketing, content design and SEO.
Responsibilities: This includes the followings but not limited to:
• Build and develop a world class supply management team that can accelerate footprint in the US
• Process Streamlining Initiatives and Daily Order Fulfilment
• Collaborate with leadership to set our US SDN expansion strategy for the next 2 years
• Create new processes and procedures that enable the team to grow supply network, establish operational excellence, and manage ongoing performance of US vendor-partners
• Lead cross-functional teams for new partnerships that impact top-level business objectives
• Establish a strong understanding of business models, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate financial implications effectively across the organization
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
• Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
JOB REQUIREMENTS – All applicants must meet the following:
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
• Strong people management skills with an aptitude for coaching and team development
• Experience procuring, scaling, and managing an ecosystem of supply side partnerships
• Experience developing long-term partner relationships (preferably product-facing) that drive company performance
• Should have experience working with Product and Engineering teams to launch new products, features, or functionality
• Strong negotiation skills
• An operations mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Relentless attitude towards problem-solving
• logistics: 2 years (preferred)
