Name of Position:     Outbound Sales Consultant (SAAS)

Location of work:  Markham, ON

Job Description:  In this role you’ll own the full sales cycle and will be responsible for new acquisition, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for the customers. Most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field and researching and prospecting qualified leads of a predetermined industry.

Compensation: $45- 55 K per year plus benefits

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Terms of Employment: Full Time/ 8 hrs a day. Work remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19

Description of employer: One of the leading digital media companies offering services in email marketing, video marketing, content design and SEO.

Responsibilities: This includes the followings but not limited to:

•  Researching and Prospecting qualified leads of a predetermined industry
•  Storing the lead database
•  Contacting prospects through email and calls through a CRM
•  Manage a number of touchpoints on each lead in the pipeline to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients
•  Attend client calls and address their requirements
•  Generate interest and work alongside an Account Executive to close the client
•  Deliver a delightful post-sale experience with the client
•  Strategize with sales team to innovate & improve the overall sales process
•  Achieve predefined sales KPIs


JOB REQUIREMENTS – All applicants must meet the following:

•  A Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
•  Must have 2 years of B2B outbound sales
•  Experience with inside, outbound, or commission-based sales roles is an asset
•  Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a differentiator
•  Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
•  Highly motivated, achievement-oriented and excited to join a fast growing team
•  Prior start-up sales experience a huge plus
