The Trimble Technician (1) role is to provide on-site electrical layouts for variety of new or existing construction projects; to establish precise installation locates of electrical systems and devices using Trimble RTS Units.

Role and Responsibilities

Create working multi-system electrical 2D Cad layouts for site use;
Use other trades 2D layouts to determine any interferences with electrical layouts
if so, must be precise and diligent in rearranging electrical layouts to clash free areas;

Job Description: 

The Cad Operator Level 1 will provide modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. This is a member of the production team that will create a majority of the drawings for a project as determined by their supervisor. Skills obtained above and beyond the building elements would be creating simple parametric families, utilizing shared parameters, creating schedules, and creating complex geometry.
The position will need to efficiently model and document the project. Additional training provided as needed to teach family creation, schedules, filters, view templates, and other tools as required.

Further work includes working with the Model Manager in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs. They will also be required to perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.

Essential Functions:

Setup of Revit views for use by the REI Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model;
Ability to create Revit work sets and understanding of Revit work sharing process’
Input of marked-up drawings into Revit;
Creation of minor mark-ups and input of same;
Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades;
Back-check own work for accuracy before passing on to others;

Job Description

A quality inspector thoroughly examines material goods on the production line and either approves or rejects an item based on its final quality. Quality inspectors are responsible for assuring that manufactured items are made and assembled correctly. They also make sure that the products meet government standards and safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities for In Process Line Inspector in QC

Line clearance and start up forms are completed

Filling kettles are identified and confirmed as per the work order

All filling and packaging requirements are met for the product by doing the hourly checks for -fill weight, torque measurement, aesthetics and other quality parameters

Address sub-standard and other quality issues with the line leader, production supervisor & QA supervisor/QA manager and put the product on “HOLD” when necessary

When hold materials are reworked, the QA inspector/QA supervisor will re-evaluate to verify quality. Acceptable product will be released and unacceptable will further rework or rejected

Fill and complete QC line inspection forms in a timely manner with all relevant details

Address sub-standard and other quality issues with the line leader, production supervisor & Q.A supervisor/Q.A Manager and put the product on “HOLD” when necessary

Ensure that GMP’S are maintained on all production assembly lines at all times

Work with all relevant departments to implement the corrective action that will resolve the root cause of the problem on the line

Update Q.A supervisor about on-line Quality Alerts and deviations

Ensure that all finished goods are audited and released in the timely manner

Job Description

The role of Maintenance Technician at Crystal Claire Cosmetics is for the right person who can work in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform mechanical and electrical installation, modification, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of site equipment, utilities, systems and/or facilities in accordance with established SOPs, GMP guidelines and EH&S policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Performs maintenance procedures according to the established SOP and PM schedule, coordinating parts and service, as required.

Builds & grows existing preventative maintenance program while maintaining a proactive approach to Plant and Equipment maintenance & repair.

Performs operational checks on equipment and systems. Detects and investigates variance in performance of equipment, utilities, systems and/ or facilities to ensure proper or enhanced functioning.

Completes required compliance documentation, log books, timesheets, etc. when executing duties. Maintains an assortment of common spare parts.

Ensure issues, follow-up actions and /or resolutions are clearly communicated to peers and supervisors. This information should be transferred at shift overlaps as well as during the shift.
