Skills in Technology (SIT) is a PCPI Project funded by Toronto Employment and Social Services.

Skills in Technology (SIT)

The SIT training program is a 16-week IT advanced training program designed to provide participants with relevant technical and soft skills to secure sustainable employment in the field.
Through this advanced program, eligible Ontario Works participants will obtain support in attaining
– CompTIA A+ Certification
– Cisco CCNA Certification.
Upon certification, ongoing job search support will automatically be available to all participants. The training will be delivered online and in English and will be instructor- led.

Each candidate must meet these requirements for consideration:
 17 years old and older
 Minimum High School Diploma, as those with College and University are also eligible .
 English Benchmark level 5
 Not currently in school full time
 OW recipient
 Must be Computer Savvy with Windows Environment Knowledge/Experience
